Satellite project involves the design, development, testing, launch and maintenance in operational condition picosatellite in Earth orbit for 30 to 90 days. According to the international definition of the division of the satellite, it is a craft (picosatellite) weighing up to 1000g, dimensions 100x100x100mm.
We are talking about the construction and operational use of autonomous, artificial Earth satellites of Croatian origin. In this project alongside members of the Astronomical Association Vidulini included our colleagues from abroad (SYNERGY MOON).
The project is educational, technological, scientific and media observed peak of human resources (knowledge and technology) of a country and its citizens.
The working title of our picosatellite is CROPSAT (izvedenoCROatia Pico satellites).
The project produced two engineering model type 000 / A and 000 / B while the model type 000 / C under construction. Beside them are made and two copies of the type 001, the nature of Experimental models with full functionality for testing and demonstration. Ongoing work on the model type 002, which represents a complete letni model. After its construction and testing approach will produce a model of type 003 that will fly into space.

P-000 / C a "mock up" system for accommodation and ejection picosatellite of cargo space rockets with associated picosatellite type 000 is intended for education and dimensionally-weight tests.

P-002 picosatellite full flight capabilities and equipment that are now being designed and built. This model will not fly into space. Its purpose is to test all components and wholeness and integration of knowledge and experience to letni model (003). P-002 would later serve as a backup for the P-003 and go through the same operating sequence after the launch of P-003 in the universe.
P-003 aircraft for a flight into space. Work on it will begin in early summer. Depending on financial resources and available equipment and features a private U.S. company Interorbital Systems (CA, USA) P-003 launch into space could be the end of this year.
